I had to recently change my profile and give a little more information about myself. Like a said before I am retired School teacher working on my BSN for Medical School. While teaching I felt God began to move me in another direction, and after much prayer and fasting WALA! here I am in the Medical field. Five years ago if you would have asked me if I would be anywhere close to a needle I would have said noway. But, not by might or by power, by the Spirit of the Lord is how I am doing this day by day. Down-To-Earth, Real Deal Christian Lady....who truly loves the Lord. GOD continually blesses me. I know that I am purposed. I am here on this earth to serve and worship Him...I'm daily striving toward His Perfect Will...not just His Permissive Will. I don't do drama. I like the person that I am and have become. I like being happy, laughing, smiling and feeling good about life and people. I'm young at heart and a big romantic to the hilt. I have been told that I have one of the biggest hearts ever. Barnes & Noble and Borders are two of my FAVORITE places. I love reading. I'm always gathering information..i.e. both hard copy or online. I enjoy writing poetry, reading books/listening to audio books, listening to all types of music, walking on the beach or at the park, riding my bike (up to 15 miles now), riding horses, .take lots of pictures...thoroughly enjoy the challenge of taking pictures of real-deal people, places and things...I know my way around the kitchen. I love cooking...love trying new dishes...as well as down-home cooking...real known for my cobblers (big mama's recipe)..have been told that I'm a really good cook by my mom..which I take as a compliment.
